Technical Support Positions

The ACM group is hiring 4 new Technical Support staff. The positions are shift and involve weekend and public holiday work as rostered.

We are currently seeking people with the following skills:

Shift times change slightly due to Summer time in various locations but are as follows currently (Times shown are Vegas times) 6AM/2PM, 2PM/10PM, 10PM/6AM

Staff will need to have Java, Flash, MYSQL basic knowledge as a minimum. Ability to listen and guide people in live chat through issues and a genuine interest in finding a solution or a better solution to common issues. Some coding ability would be an advantage. Salary negotiable.
